Introduction Only Service

We will advertise your property and find you professional and trustworthy tenants. This service includes:

• Find and secure a suitable tenant through contact with a number of companies and private applicants registered with us and advertising in local and specialist publications where relevant.
• Obtaining appropriate references.
• Collection of first months rent and deposit.
• Preparing a tenancy agreement.
• Fees are standard one-off charge of £300 (+VAT).

Full Management Service

• Arranging and preparation of an inventory of your property and contents, as a mutual landlord/tenant safeguard.
• Monthly rent collection.
• Payment of proceeds into your bank account.
• Submitting accounts to you and your accountant (if required).
• Making arrangements for meter readings at commencement and termination of tenancy.
• Arranging for the tenant to be checked in and out of the property by an inventory clerk.
• We will carry out routine inspection of the property every two months.
• Management includes the investigation of any defects, which are brought to our attention. We will arrange estimates, submit these and supervise the work.

Full management service, £80 Arrangement fee, £50 Lease preparation and £50 Inventory Fee (thereafter fees 10% + VAT each month).
